Villa Bregi is located on a hillside overlooking Kvarner Bay and is ideal as a luxury getaway for a couple or small family. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, while Opatija and the beach are less than 10 minutes away by car.

The interior of the villa is spread over one floor and guests enter through the entrance on the second floor. It consists of a spacious kitchen-living dining room with fireplace and sliding doors leading to the dining terrace and a Mediterranean-style garden with rosemary, lavender, and mint bushes. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a separate shower room. From the terrace and garden overlooking the sea, stairs lead down to the heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by soft furnishings, then down again to the two fenced tennis courts exclusive to this property.

Car rental is recommended. The Učka Natural Park is nearby, and Opatija's 12-kilometer promenade is a popular destination. Day trips to various towns in Istria or to the islands of Cres and Lošinj are possible.
