Villa Monte San Savino is made up of 3 stone farmhouses and is set in the hills around Monte San Savino. The village, which is only 3.5 km away, is equipped with all the necessary services, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. One of the 3 farmhouses has three apartments (La Loggia, Le Acacie and La Mimosa). To eat everything together, the old lemon house created a space with tables and benches, next to a small kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove, induction hob, refrigerator and electric oven. Next to the kitchen there is also a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower.

The villa has a large and equipped garden, a swimming pool (size 7x14 meters, depth 1.20-1.50), as well as a small pool for children, tennis court, bowling, volleyball and football fields. In addition to Wi-Fi, guests also have access to table tennis and a small multilingual library that can be freely used during their stay. All apartments have been restored to their original characteristics, with beams, old fireplaces and ceilings with brick and wood vaults, and furnished in a typical Tuscan rustic style. Covered parking for 9 parking spaces is also available for guests.
