Welcome to Villa Vistas, a fantastic luxury villa.

Located in San Rafael only 7 minutes from Nerja center and enjoying stunning sea and mountain views in all directions .

You enter the villa through an automatic gate, with a double garage. Inside the grand entrance, you are met by the living room, dining room and bar in an open plan design. This room is almost 200 square meters in size! The living room area is furnished with large sofas, wood stove, connecting bar, and a there is a large covered terrace just outside. The dining area is dominated by a large dining table in black marble.

Just down from the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything from double ovens to a cold room! From the kitchen you go out into the garden with adjoining terrace, and large, covered dining area.

Above the kitchen is a large double bedroom, which can be used as a family room if required. Upstairs from the living room there is a fantastic master suite, with a bedroom, with 360 degree views. From the bedroom you can reach a fully equipped bathroom with jacuzzi, and once again 360 degree views. From the suite you reach three different sun terraces. Up here you can always choose sun or shade as desired.

Downstairs from the living room is reached by three large double rooms with their own bathrooms. From these rooms, you go straight out to the large infinity pool with its Jacuzzi. On this floor there is also a separate bathroom and wc.

Once outside the pool, you reach a large terrace, which in one direction opens into the dining area outdoors. At the other end of the terrace there are two further bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs from the pool area you reach the "playroom". On a surface of over 100 square meters there is table tennis, snooker, pool, darts and a small gym with a treadmill, rowing machine and a selection of free weights. Here, all generations can enjoy themselves!

Below the playroom is your own tennis court. The course has high walls that surround. It allows you to play in shade some times of the day.
